ManagerWise is strongly in favor also of playing the men who have worked together in other games. The lineup of the Canton team will not be announced definitely until the team arrives here from Congress lake. The trip will be made in a special car over the Wheeling Lake Erie to Navarre and thence by an electric car to the grounds. The Canton followers are laughing with glee at the supposed consternation that will come to the Tigers and all Massillon fans when the great team from the county ^eat enters the grounds, ihe event is to be made as spectacular aspossible.A movement has been inaugurated in Canton to have all persons coming to Massillon in vehicles to meet at a certain place at a given time and pass through Massillon in a procession. Ten oars will be kept in constant serviceeach way from noon to dark.Whether Canton again plays Latrobe this season depends upon the outcome of the Thanksgiving day game in Massillon. Latrobe says that if Canton wins the game the proposition will be considered. It is likely that after theThursday game nothing more will be heard of the interstate championship of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Canton will have all it wants to do to win Thursday.Manager Wise says that the foot ball held will be kept in good condition during the game if it rains. Loads of straw will be taken to the grounds to be used to keep the field from gettingslippery.
