The score at the end of the half stood 19 to 16 for Lizton, but a come-back by Danville tied it near the middle of the final session. A long shot by the Lizton forward, E. Woodard, and another by the same man a few minutes later finished the game. A very large crowd witnesstd the game.The score see-sawed back and forth during the first half, Lizton coming ahead close to the last. Both teams played some mighty good ball. Numerous fouls were called during the game. Danville played the entire game without a substitution. Comer, Fulps and Stanley proved a strong offense for Danville, penetrating the Lizton defense several times. E. and O. Woodard went strong for Lizton.
