Here he was to have been locked in a chicken coop to await the arrival of the owner, whose part was to notify the police. Coo. Riley learned of the scheme to dispense with Jones, and declared I that if he was not in the hall there would be no wrestling matches. The men* were determined, and Riley’s declaration alone prevented their plans from being carried out. .In the wrestling matches Frank Yer-ger got two successive falls from Biz*' Mackey in 2:11 and 1:54 aDd won.Ruhlin threw, Riley twice in succession in 4:19 and 12:17, and won.Attorney Jones stated after the contests that he had enjoyed them very much.
