Tage 12 The Daily Jeffersonian Tues., Nov. 10, 1970_Cambridge, Ohio__Crawford Takes Scoring, Rush Lead for 'CatsCAM BBI DDK HALFBACKU'onard Crawford jumped back into the lead in two of three major departments this week as Cambridge High’s grid season started down the last mile.Crawford paces the charges of Coach Joe Paul lit rushing, scoring and is tied with Tom Hollins for pass catching yardage.Crawford has 52 points on the year in the scoring department. four points ahead of Hollins, who has 48 points on eight touchdowns. Crawford tops the rushing department with 959 yards in 123 carries for a 7.7 yards per carry average while Hollins is second at 425 on 68 attempts for a 6.3 mark.Hollins has caught 19 passes for 270 yards and a 14.2 yards per catch mark, but Crawford has grabbed 15 passes for 213 yards and 14.2 also to deadlock in that department. Ken CowgillNEAK I.OOO VAKDS ONis right behind with 174 yards in 16 catches for 10.9 average.Hick Lilienthal is shy his 1,000 yards in the air by 84 yards with 916 yards in 65 completions out of 134 attempts for a .478 mark, the first time he has fallen beneath the .500 mark this, year.Steven Eyen, however, boosted his mark from a .308 figure to a .675 average as he hit tlyee for three to sport a 10 for 16 record going into the final game of the year.The club has reached the 2,746 yards mark both in the air and on the ground with 967 of this in the air. Cambridge has scored 188 points in nine games and nine of the 27 touchdowns posted have been in the air.
