.—Hunters report large flocks of wild turkeys in the woods down in Jennings county. One man counted thirty-eight full-grown birds in one place feeding onacorns. There are said to be a number of deer south of Queensville, the off-spring of those that escaped from the Wilker-son park a year or two ago.—Columbus Herald.
