PAUL, Nebraska, Nov. 2 hT —Grover Cleveland Alexander of baseball pitching fame today revealed that he and Mrs. Alexander were remarried in Rockford, 111., June 2, 1931. They are here visiting his mother. Mrs. William Alexander and his brother, W. C. and Alva Alexander.The Alexanders were divorced in Lincoln. Neb.. Oct. 3, 1929.Speaking of the remarriage. Alexander said, “it was great for me and she feels the same way aboutit.”They are “very happy” he said and are enjoying life together.Alex said he had not taken a drink of liquor for a long time, lie admitted he tried to quit several times before but it would not “stick.”Has Gained SO poundsHe feels better and friends toil him he looks better. Since taking the step, he has gained 30 poundsin weight. He said he quit of hisown accord and added. “Liquor almost ruined me and it does no oneany good.”During the 1931 baseball seasonAlexander pitched for the House of David from April 12 to Oct. 1.
