Edward Ortez, manager of the Silents, is a former resident of Sat* iooy. He played with the Olympic club for several years. Themanager in his letter states:“All mv boys are from all partsSE r * iof the state, some are in Los Angeles now' while others are here in San Francisco. The averageweight of our team is in the neigh-1 ciation next Tuesday evening.borhood of 160 pounds. Several of my boys have played with hearing teams, while I played with the Olympic club for a while.
