Gillard elected to FFA positionTed Gillard, the son of Mr. and' Mrs. George Gillard, has b^en elected president of theJennings Chapter of theFuture Farmers of America(FFA). Ted has been anoutstanding FFA member forthree years, served on theDairy judging team for threeyears, a reporter for the parishfederation and is also an EagleScout. He will attend the FFA State Convention this summer.Other officers for the 1977-78 school year are Barrette Courville - first vice-president, Mike Perry -second vice-president, MarkBritt - third vice-president, Steve Eastman - fourth vice-president, Carol Britt -secretary, Gary Gillard -treasurer, Randy Guillary -chaplin, Gary Landry reporter and Dwight Hollier -sentinal.Mike Perry and Ted Gillard will be the delegates at the FFA convention to be held in Baton Rouge June 7 through 10. Ted Guillard will serve on the courtesy corp.Frank Dennis and James Kratzer will receive their State Farmer Degrees during the convention.
