Precision flight entries were graded in A, B and C classes according to the power and size of the motors. Also figuring prominently in. the meet were the sleek speed models, flown from a steel pyl'on in th e southwest eor-ner of the park. Another class ofI particular interest to admirers .of fine craftsmanship were the, intricate scale models, ranging, from World War I “Jennies’' to shining modem sportsters. ’ .Latest Eiqmpmen.' Lay visitors at the meet gazed, in wide-eyed astonishment at the array of starting motors, tool kits, battery banks and other bewilder-J ing apparatus assembled by the ' model builders arid flyers to service their, craft.
