The Sioux Oity Journal gave pitcher Horn the following puff which he Is clearly entitled to: “The Sioux stickers have a wholesome respect for Pitcher Horn, of the Algona Brownies with whose slants they were unable to connect in Sunday’s game. They say he is about the hardest proposition they ever went against. Manager Bronson of the colored team, claims that Horn signed as an Indian with the Phillies of the National League in 1901 and won four games for them before he was found out.
