Climaxing the program will be titular 25-lap sweepstakes in both divisions. The first race starts promptly at 2:30 p. m., with opening qualilying time trials set for 1:30p. m.The thrill-packed auto races seen at Altamont in past years might well be exceeded Monday' when such famed midget drivers as Chuck Arnold, NASCAR champion from Stamford, Conn.; Art Gottier, West Chester, Pa., veteran; pre-war midget ti-tleholder Charlie Miller of Philadelphia, and other notables igrace the starting field.Arnold, Miller and Gottier will wheel fleet and expensive Offenhau-feer cars. A big entry list is expected, as it is the only NASCAR midget race scheduled for the day..Among other prominent midget speed stars entered are Floyd Fan-saaw, Brooklyn; Bob Washington, Islip, N. Y.; Charlie Ross, Passaic, N. J.; Dick Ulbiicht, Andalusia, Ala., and Wimpy Ervin, Plainfield, N.
