Winn’s record for the course is 29 1-5 seconds. Wfinn, Hannon, Sail, Vieaux and Fowler turned the half-mile track at Reading, Pa-., last Sunday in 28 3-5 seconds or better, and that means that all have their cars tuned perfectly to assault the local track record.JThe track, itself, is now very fast.. Recen^. rains have pounded down the soil, and the work done on it has made it almost as hard as brick.
