Lynch, and Herb Andres were the Gilbert Plains pitchers.Gilbert Plains opened the scor-I ing in the third Inning with two runs on a walk to Andres, an error I on Don Muchulak’s grounder to 1 third, a single to left field by Lyle Yerama, and a throwing error by catcher Dewar WUson, Grandview bounced back in their half of the third inning when a triple by Maxwell, walks to Reese and Luh-I owy. and a wild pitch by Blainebert Plains took the lead again with its last run of the game in the fourth inning. Grandview roared ahead with two runs in the bottom of the fourth and never lost the lead. Four walks by Andres, another triple by Maxwell, and a single by Dewar Wilson gave Grandview five insurance runs in the sixth. Luhowy easily ended the game by forcing Andres to pop out to Graves, a Graves-to-Okell ground out by Huchulak, and by striking out Lloyd Yerama.Besides Maxwell and Wilson, I Don Luhowy had a double and single to give Grandview a total . of five hits.
