DENIES'RUMORLONDON, Ont., May 20.—(CP)-— J. Howard Crocker, director of athletics at the University of Western Ontario, denied he had resigned from the Canadian Olympic committee, when he returned to London today after a rest ordered by his physician.Dr. Crocker said he had sent in his resignation, but the committee had not agreed to accept it. Consequently an arrangement was made whereby he would remain on the committee, but would be spared much of the detail work. His health will not permit his attendance at the Olympic games in Berlin this summer.
