The Brotherhood of American Yeomen will hold their annual picnic at Arnold's Park Wednesday, June IT. There will be a program consisting of short speeches, foot races for the men arid women, a contest in archery with the bow and arrow and other interesting features- All successful contestants will be rewarded with prizes. There will also be three prizes, $40, $30 and $20, for competitive drill work to be' put on by the different homesteads ip one of the large pavillions at the park..! The Algona Brownjesand some fast amateur team will play base ball.
