The opportunity to avoid the dust and glare of the city and at the same time w itness a spectacle which can be seen but once in a lifetime, w'ill attract, thousands, and all will be repaid. Brass bands, and if possible the Cleveland Light Artillery will be secured to addto the festivities. Lunch, ice cream and cigar booths will be erected, and every provision for enjoyment will be made. Mr. Reader, who is the president of theBlue Ribbon League of the East End, will not permit the sale of beer or liquors of any kind upon the grounds, and last Saturday refused an offer from a saloonist of $300 for the privilege of running a beer stand in the grove. Ample means for convevance to and from the scene have been arrtyiged, and omnibuses will be in waiting at the terminus of the Euclid avenue, Cedar, Garden, and Woodland car lines to convey passengers to the scene of celebration. Excursion trains on all the railroads will afford those living outside of Cleveland an opportunity to be present at the entertainment. In order to reimburse the public spirited projectors of the affair a slight admission fee to the grounds wifi be charged. To remove any possible fears of danger it might be said that Mr. Reader is enclosing an eminence some hundreds of feet from the mill, commanding the only unobstructed view of the building, and yet so distant that no vagrant stone could reach it. This will be provided with seats for the spectators. The smallcartridges to be used, however, willpreclude the possibility of the stoneflying any great distance. Special quarters will be provided for school children.
