BOWLING GREEN - New London’s Liz Schick will be the top area representative in the Class A State Girls Track Meet this weekend.In Saturday’s district meet at Bowling Green High School, she placed second in the mile run with a best-ever effort of 5:21.7 and joined with Julie Bennett, Barb Schick and Mary Kozel to finish fourth in the mile relay at 4:21.3.Minster was a runaway winner in the team scoring with 87 points with Tinora a distant second at 28 and Arcadia was third with 22. New Ix)n-don finished 12th with 12Lt while Western Reserve was 21st with six points and Norwalk St. Paul placed 39th with lVfe.Senior Mona Jackson was the lone Western girl to qualify for state with a third in the 100 meter low hurdles. She was clocked in 15.7 and her best time of the season is 15.3, tops in the Register area
