Jackets win at Sabers’ expense, 7-1CONKLIN - Tough hitting by Oneonta Yellowjackets’ Bill Hughes and Randy Thomas and even tougher pitching by John Minarcin and Dave Nesbitt powered OHS to a 7-1 STAC baseball win Saturday over Sus Valley.Oneonta, under . FredKobuszewski, sports a 10-1 mark in the Eastern Division of the Southern Tier Athletic and hold a 21/2 game lead over Catholic Central in the battle for flag honors.
