Bearcat catcher Tim Gcthins fired to second for the cul-ofE but his aim was poor and Baldwin went over with the winning run.Billy Bowden was ihe winning pitcher and allowed seven hits. Dan Brown was the Warrior catcher.In the second contest, the Sluggers look a 10-9 win from the Comets,The winners got seven runs oH starling Comet hurler Dorn MofTre who was replaced byLenny Dc Vito. The Comets tied things up in the fifth but a three-run Slugger push in the final sixth wrapped the gameup.Bob Alber was the Slugger receiver and Joe Squillace caught for the Cornels.!
