Twin F ills Preps Seek Laurels in State Track MeetWith the Twin Falla Bruin* represented by six entries, Jerome three, and Rupert 10, the cream of Idaho's track and field stars—184 youths from 37 Idaho schools— will gather at Moscow today to seek state laurels In the Idaho championships.The event will be the second annual revival of the state meet. For several years prior to 1945. only north and south sectional meets were held. Records from last year promise to fall like straws because all records but the broad jump have been surpassed In district contests.First and second place winners in six district competitions are eligible to enter the meet, which is sponsored by the University ofIdaho.Pocatello, Coeur d’Alene, Weis-er, Rupert and Idaho Falls 10 each, Kellogg 9, Madison 8, Twin Falls and Mullan 6, Wallace 5. Burley, St, Anthony, Rigby and Nampa 4, Montpelier and Black -foot 3, Jerome, Paul, Sandpoint. Bonners Ferry, Gooding, Ashton and Grangeville 2, ana Shelley, Caldwell, Sugar City, Hey bum, Oakley, Aberdeen, Emmett, Meridian, Buhl and Fruit!and, one.
