Madison Again Defeats DavidsMadison, Wis. — (UP)— A home run by Alva (Rowdy) Elliott with the score tied in the tenth inning gave the Madison Blues an 8 to 6 victory over the House of David baseball team here last night.Elliott’s blow into the bleachers scored Bobby Poaer ahead of him In a game marked by plenty of hit- j ting, the bearded boys collecting 18, and the Blues 12 off Musser.Alvin (Butch) Krueger, National Open Golf qualifier, won credit for hia second game in as many days when he relieved Goff in the pitcher's box in the seventh for Madison.
