That live]/ game of base ball which is played every Sunday, on the old pork-house lot, near the cattle pens, is a nuisance especially to citizens living in the neighborhood of the grounds where the .game is played, and as it is within the city limits and contrary to (he city laws let ua have the nuisance abated.
