House of Davids Win at Lone TreeSeveral Washington baseball fans went to Lone Tree yesterday afternoon to see the House of David team compete against ar. aggregation of picked baseball players from eastern Iowa, assembled by a Lone Tree manager.The outcome was a victory for the bewhlskered athletes by a score of 7 2 Alexander, former fit. Louis and Chicago National league pitchers, worked one inning for the Davids. Lari smith, former Pittsburgh Pirate catcher, was seen behind the bat for the -haveless past inn is.
