Please note that the soccer program cannot run without the support of parents and volunteers taking an active role in the development of the soccer program.Tee ball will be offered from May - June. Cost of the camp is $50 per week per child.Canada Day actsThe RecreationCommission is looking for local talent to come out and show off their music, singing and dancing skills for our local talent stage on Canada Day this year. We are looking for people to do a 15 to 45 minute set or more to entertain during the afternoon and into the evening. Those who are interested or have some questions are encouraged to call Trish at the Rec.Office at 937.8251.recreational/\■ I I T(IIII IN/I CDid you Know Wrnn rrThese girls can dancePHOTO SUBMITTEDRoblin Dance Club members Lonica McKinney, left, and Lexi I lawryluk were asked to travel back to Swan River to perform their self-choreographed hip hop number Dancin’ in the Streets’ at the Swan Valley Fine Arts Festival recently. The girls had taken part in a dance competition there in March receiving one of the highest marks given and were asked to perform at the festival. They received the Swan Valley Credit Union plaque for Best Community Dance 2012. These two energetic and talented dancers were also honoured in Russell at the Northwest Marquette Festival with individual plaques for ‘Dance Duo in 10 and under' and they also performed at the RES Talent Show and the May 6 dance club recital.
