Like those given bv King George of Greece, to the successful competitors in the Olympian games at Athens last year, they consisted of lanrel wreaths. The awards were made last night at Liederkranz hail, in the presence of an immense crowd of the disciples of Jabn. Rain prevailed at the fair grounds, but in spite of showers there were 25,000 men. women and children out to see the sights.It had been expected to make this.the banner day of the festival, but the net weather caused a curtailment of the programme.The results in the different contests were aB follows:Group 1. la class competition, 115 classes competing—Division A.
