Returned 29 Indictments., Akron, O., May 13.—The grand jury has completed its investigations, and yesterday reported 29 indictments out of a total of 34 cases which were presented to it for investigation. Among the indictments returned were two against Frank Newton for embezzlement and Art Simms for criminal assault. Newton is a former bookkeeper of the Diamond Match Co., and confessed to the embezzlement of several hundred dollars. Simms is a pugilist, who a few years ago gave promise of being the chain pion lightweight of the world.—a^—im m m in ii in ■■ «■
