No BHS Qualifiers In Girls District Track..Liberty High School girls were a surprise winner of the girls district track and field championships Friday, held on a soggy track at Chll-licothe.Liberty edged the .Maryville Spoof hounds by three points, 76 to 73, with Chilli-cothe third, at 61 points. .... Brookfield’s Bulldog girls scored seven points, but escaped the district cellar. Cameron girls wound up with six.None of the BHS entries qualified for the state track meet by placing either first or second at district. The state meet is this Friday and Saturday at Lebanon.Highest Brookfield finish Was by the 880-yard medley relay team, which came in third to earn four points. Members were Roxie Fisher, Ann Graves, Julie Burns and Kathy Biggs. Deanna Dixon picked up two more points with a fifth in the softball throw.
