Ball Season Opens Sunday.The BatesvUle Base Ball Club has organized for the season of 1912 with P. J. Morgan, as president, and John Wernke, manager and captain-This announcement, we are sure, will be welcome news to all baseball lovers tn our lit.tie city, for it is a well-known fact that BatesvUle has a large number of enthusiastic fan*, who find no greater pleasure than to bask in the rays of the hot summer sun to root for their favorite on the team.The ooenJng game of ihe season will be played next Sunday* May 12, with the Cincys, of Cincinnati, a* the opposing team. The game will be called at 2:30 p. m. with the following line-up: H.
