Gard, Herman, Bennett and Faler were the four who felt the shears.. Gard and Herman are youngsters, catchers, and Herman will probably develop into a good man with more seasoning. Gard was with the Gems last year, andmanaged to last through the season.The experience lie got was good for him, but the going was fast for him, teven in the Central. Faler and Bennett are pitchers and neither man should have any trouble in catching on' with some Central association team, or some team in the same, class. Gard will return to Trinidad, Colo., while Herman will join the Macon, Mo., state league team. Faler went to Kewanee for a try out. with the Boilermakers.I(If\It*C\T1c
