Butlin IssuesCHA ChallengeCALGAEY (CP)—Ron Butlin,president of the Canadian Hockey Association, said Monday he has challenged the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association to pit the winner of the Memorial Cup against the winner of the CHA east-west championship.Butlin said he sent a telegram to Sam Pollock o£ Montreal Canadiens and Earl Dawson, president of the CAHA, challenging them to a series to be played in Montreal.The CHA broke away from the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association last year and now operates two leagues, one with teams in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and the other in Ontario.r
