May 6—The city was filled with disappointed sports last night as a result of a crowd ol 3,000 persons being turned away from the Auditorium, where the announcement was made that* the fight between Tommy Feltz and Dannie Dougherty had been called off. Late in the afternoon both principals, with Jack Rose and Michael Newman, promoters, were arrested on a bench warrant. Judge Endlich demanded $12,000 bail fr meach to keep the peace. All were released on promise not to fight here.
