Morrissey, the slai pitcher of the Olean team, held the Auburn * club down to three safe hits and Northwang, catcher, and Campbell, shortstop, played a faultless game. Although the diamond was a trifle slow and, owing to the rain, the crowd was not large, the game did not lack in interest. The game was full of brilliant work on the part of the visitors, and their coaching was highly amusing.The Auburn team play \ all tomorrow £hd Saturday at the Recreation grounds. Don’t miss them.
