Al McClure's 427-cubic*inch modified coupe is shown running at Shangri-La Speedway, Oweao, N.Y., recently. The driver, Graeme Bolia, Constancia, N.Y., steers from what would normally be the back seat, due to the special positioning of the big motor in nearly the middle of the car. McClure will have a second twin-appearing, but improved car ready for action, at a cost of $8,500, in about four weeks.
