Burley Wins Rupert MeetConlin TwinsWin 4 EventsFor Buc SquadRUPERT, May 2—Rupert’s Conlin twins, Harvey and Henry, won four firsts but even that great effort wasn’t enough to prevent Coach Rulon Budge's Burley Bob* cats from winning the Mini-Cassia track and field meet here Thursday. Scoring 64 points, they beat out Rupert by five and one-half points, Paul had 17, Oakley 14M-, Acequia four and Heyburn three.Harvey Conlin won the 100 in 10.2 seconds, but his brother, Henry, put on the star performance with a 22,9-second, furlong. Harvey won the 220-yard low hurdles in 23.8 seconds and then took the broad jump with a leap of 19 feet, 5 inches.
