The Hoosier Base Ball Club, of this4 # -city, and the Lone Star Club, of Sparta, played a game upon the grounds of the latter, list Saturday afternoon. The score stood: Hoosier, 17; Lone Star, 13.The case of the Slate vs. Omar T.Bailey, taken on change of venue to the Decatur Circuit Court, was called in that Ccurt lest Monday, and the defendent not appearing, his bail was declared forfeited. *Mr. Omar F. Roberta, who has been confined to his room for two or three weeks past by severe indisposition, is again seen upoa our streets, and at all reasonable hours may be found at his office/The Iioosiers, of this city, and the ] Arctics, of Petersburg, play a match game of base ball, near Cochran, ibisaafternoon. As this is the first match game of the season, it will no doubt be an interesting oue.
