The legion under manager Ralph Robinson did not have what you would call a most successful year, but they were only beaten in most of their games by a one or two goal margin Putting upa stiff resistance to the Kiwai.iansthey were rewarded with the firstgoal from the stick of Craig Loney on an assist from Tommy Fenton They held this lead for a good part of the game but the Jfiwanians were not to be denied and Mr, Allen’s powerful line of Bill Robinson, Gordon Hyokaway and Bob Genaille came up with the tieing goal off BUI Robinson s stick. Then Brooks Smart put them ahead, and Gordon Hyckaway finished the sear-Tlu* first game ended Kiwanis3. Wayne Waddell of the strong C. of C. team opened the scoring on a pass from Bill Donoghue.
