CARLOS GARCIA IN CHARGE OF WORKOUTSWith Carlos Garcia, veteranring fighter once called theprince of welterweights, now incharge of the workouts at theCity Hall Arena, Laredo ama-teur boxers have been eager toattend the training periods from4 to 7 p. m. each Wednesdayand Friday to get some of theexperienced ring knowledge which the former boxing idol is handing out.Garcia climbed to great heights in his boxing career and up to ten years ago was still able to give points to some of the fighters which showed up at the old Tex Rickard Arena in NuevoLaredo.Boys who have shown up for the workouts include Julio Ser-n a, Pancho Serna, Antonio Rodriguez, Napoleon Macias Jacinto Trevino, Frutoso San Miguel, Alberto Villarreal, Kid i Ruiz, C.
