The ' various state teachers colleges | are apportioned money as follows: Kirksville $628,125; Warrensburg $525,500; Cape Girardeau, $459.-242: Springfield, $576,475, andMaryville. $459,850.The State School of Mines and Metal urgy at Rolla receives a total of $523,000. and Lincoln In*I stitute. at Jefferson City, receives $329,500. There is a bill yet on the governor’s desk appropriating $500,000 foy converting Lincoln ; Institute into a state university,, to lie known as Lincoln University , for the education of the negroes.
