1 Will Organize Base Ball Team.I A number of .local base ball fane are very anxious to see Batesilie represented by a strong team this season and, in order to facilitate the orgaoiz* ation and equipment of such a team, a meeting will be held at Attorney Bobland’s office next Tuesday even-ing, April 4, at 7:30 p. m.The following ball players are especially urged to attend this meeting: Wru. Nickol, Mike Benz, Jr., Francis Blank, Chester Meyerf A1 Nickol, Dtck Leigbtner, Lawrence Nickol, John Wernke, Andrew Kops, Otto Fritscb, George Ooermeyer, Florence Weigel, Henry Hotopp, Win. Parsons and Grover Benz.It is to be hoped that none of the boys will fail to attend for unless the players themselves show a disposition to push the organization they cannot expect the public in general to give them much assistance; but if our cit-7 % vizens are assured of a good team they can be depended upon to do their
