Quilty, Ottawa, immediate past .presi-dent. All officers were returned by acclamation. \Registration committee was named as follows: E. C. Murphy, Fort William; Frank Morrissey, Montreal; Jf W. Hamilton, Regina; J. P. Watson,VictQria, and W. A. Hewitt, Toronto.. - * * • *In his report as treasurer, Mr. Hewitt stated that 'the Al^an Cup net proceeds from, the 1926 series totalled 116,121, of which the largest was $6,065 from the finals between Varsity and Port Arthur, a series which went four games. He also said that the Allan Cup surplus from-1923 to the end of 1926 was §11,519. A .donation of $2,000 was made to tlio Canadian Olympic? committee, making a total grant from the C.^H.A. of $7,000. ,* ■On -the question -of Allan cup venueg J. P. Watson, of Victoria, asked that the country be divided into three disT tricts and that the Far West be given the finals every second time they were awarded to the west. The request wagj recorded.
