Sharon, Pa.. March 27.—The flght which was to have taken place at South Sharon tonight between Art Simms and Jimmy Briggs has been declared off. The Nonpareil Athletic club, which arranged the match, states that Briggs declines to meet the Akron lightweight.-oo-
