Students in all fields of achievement were cited during the program.Hamilton, who earlier this week was named to the Class A all-state team to cap his list of awards, easily made the biggest haul Thursday. He picked up the Guttman Award emblematic of his selection as the Out*Other major awards went to Van Bushnell, who won the Scholastic Trophy, and Floyd Statum, who collected the Coaches’ Award. Bushnell also s h a r e d team captain honors with Hamilton.Danny Vallot was cited as Ihe (cam’s Outstanding Rebounder and Terry Johnson was honored as the Outstanding Defens 1 v e player.Charles Stafum was named the Outstanding Player on the junior varsity and Terry La-Rauve earned the same honor among the freshman cagers.
