Fort Wayne Five Holds Pro Grown• CHICAGO (INS)—The Fort Wayne (Ind, V Zollners ruled the • professional basketball world Sunday, having,won the world’s pro championship in Chicago stadium Saturday night when they defeated the Dayton (Ohio) Acmes 78 to 52.The ’Zollners’ victory was a demonstration of the power which last week wpn for them thp national basketball league title. They took an 18 to 10 lead in the firstfierlod and continued to increase heir advantage except for a brief period In the third quarter whenonly s^ven points separated the two teams.Bud Jeanette, who was voted the most valuable player of the seventh annual pro cage tournament, contributed 18 points to his team’s victory. John Mahnken, Acme pivot man. also scored 18 points.It was the second straight year that the Fort Wayne quintet had won the meet. Third place went to the Chicago Bears, who beat the New York Rena 64 to 56.
