Kias OTgoal sparks Invaders * winKALAMAZOO, Mich. — Kia Zolgharnain pushed in the winning goal at 2:53 in sudden-death overtime to edge the Canton Invaders past the Kalamazoo Kangaroos 4-3 in American Indoor Soccer Assn. action Thursday night.Canton, Louisville in disputeCANTON — The Canton Invaders and Louisville Thunder of the American Indoor Soccer Assn. are at odds over two players, and the dispute has gone to the league office in Kalamazoo, Mich. Invaders’ General Manager Steve Paxos initially filed a protest last week with Commissioner Bob Lemieux over Louisville’s acquisition of Steve Sharp and Jim Willenborg. Lemieux has ruled Sharp, who was a Canton draft choice, is ineligible to play with any other AISA club until he is released by Canton. Lemieux granted Willenborg permission to join the Thunder, but kept him out of last Friday’s contest against Chicago. Louisville argued that Sharp was a free agent because he played for Team USA and that Willenborg’s absence last week resulted in the Thunder’s 7-4 setback.
