While moat of the sympathy in the coming bout is with Jefferies, yet there is one supporter of the black man in Montpelier who feels that Jefferies will not be able tc get back in shape. The same fellow says that he will bet several hundred more at the same odds that the negro winsMontpelier admirers of Biz Mackey, of Lima, the light-weight fighter, who appeared in Montpelier several years ago, wiU be interested to learn that Mackey fought a six round draw with Ad Woigaat, the present light-weight champion of the world.
