WitSig and his partner, Johnny Rogeau. squared matters for a previous loss by winning two of three falls from the bearded Russians. Witzig and Rogeau won the first fall in 18:30 and the third in 9:45; the Kamilkoff’s took the second in 8:00. Butch Levy was the referee.Bob Geigel of Iowa won the semi-windup with two straight falls over Maurice LaPoint in 20:01 and 12:30. Bill Wicks took the opener from Joe Snyder with a fall in 17.18.The Brunetti Brothers. Guv and Joe. who beat the Russians three weeks in a row inthe Twin Cities, will make their first appearance here in next week’s card.
