Cubs Receive Annual AwardsAwards presented at the annual Blue and Gold Dinner of Cub Pack 227, Walnut Park RLDS Church, included the following:Tom Rieff, Robert Young, Billy Mansfield, Randy Burnett, Scott Turley, Steve Iiensen, Vaughn Brady and David Rudd, World of Scouting neckerchief slides; Mario Barretto, David Ferguson, Rick Moore, Tom Rieff and Robert Young, one-year pins; Jeff Walker, two-year pin; Bryan Lowderman, new member; Jay Lee, Vaughn Brady, Steve Lensen, Scott Turley, Terry Hancock, David Rudd and Steve Adams, recipients of Wolf badges and gold arrows.Special certificates of appreciation went to the following den mothers: Mrs. Selma Mansfield, Den 1; Mrs. Janet Turley, Den 2; Mrs. Louise Ferguson, Den 3; and Mrs. Opal Countryman, Den 4. Mrs. Countryman also received the 10-year pin. Special recognition was given Bill Tindall as Webelos leader. Entertainment was provided by Terry Hancock’s band.
