McPortland.Pittsburg, Pa., March 17—A delegation of sporting mea from the Smoky City will go to Homestead tonight ror the purpose of witnessing the bout scheduled to bo pulled oft between Matty Matthews, the ex-welterweight champion *t»o recently j defeated Tom Couhlg, and Kid Me-* Prtland, the rugged lightweight oi this city. The two are nld-ti.u? rivals in the ring. As both men hiv? always put. up a hard fight when they met, the prospects are that their encountertonight will be a rattling affair fromgong to gong. Judging from reports from their respective training r.uarters both men are in good shape for the battle.
