make him a winner.. • • # • i • •t • # • • Looks like horse racing may be legalized in Minnesota. Bet Elmer Marin will be ohe first in the area to have some horses ready to race. Marin has been following the circut for years. He has his own training track out about nine mileseast of town. Marian has nine horses’ working out now. I sure hope the racing starts this summer. Of course the big deal is the pari-mutual betting that will be had. This should provide the state with a healthy tax bite. The way taxes are going up we need something that will take off a little of the pressure. People are going to gamble one way or the other. Might as well make it legal.
