Pa., and George Moraz, six-foot sophomore from High Point High, Greenbelt, Md., have been.elected 1969-70 basketball co-captains at Fros't-burg State College.Murphy set a school record this season, scoring 525 points for a 21.8 average per game.■Moraz, top' defensive ballplayer on the squad, averaged 12 points per.- contest.
